“I worked around the clock, seeing a lot of patients days in and days out. The Government 30 Baht healthcare program is great, but if we use that money to prevent rather than “fix” it would be much greater” said Dr. Tanupol.

That is when he become interested in Preventive Medicine and registered himself for the A4M courses. He was fascinated in Preventive and Anti-Aging Medicine, with much interest he graduated at the top of his class. Dr. Tanupol wanted to stay in the US to continue his practice; little did he know that Thailand also has a Preventive and Anti-Aging Center.

“Anthony, the CEO snatches me from my last exam. We sat down to talk about Vitallife Wellness Center; I was moved and delighted to know that there is such provider in Thailand. We need to elevate our healthcare system, we should prevent ourselves from diseases, and we all know that is a lot better than fixing. I wanted everyone to live a full life, a life where you work, where you get stress at times, and obviously party a little with tip top health condition” Dr. Tanupol said with a smile

- : Wanviput Sanphasitvong (M.D., ABAARM)
Education
  • Faculty of Medicine, Chulalongkorn University
Certification
  • American Board of Anti-Aging Medicine

Dr. Wanviput graduated form Faculty of Medicine, Chulalongkorn University in 2006 and went on to practice medicine at Chiangmai for the Pediatric Ward, meanwhile she enrolled herself in Family Medicine course where she obtained another certificate.

"I love to study; I like to know more, especially as a physician we have to keep updating ourselves. There are always new things to learn, new medicine, and new technology. During my pre-med course my professor kept emphasizing on treating patient as a whole, go the holistic way, not just treating them for what they have. That is hardly the case in the real world. Most of the time doctor can only treat a patient for certain disease, that's how specialist works but it leaves too many loop holes. Just because one is heal, doesn't mean one is healthy"

Luckily Dr. Wanviput attended a doctor's seminar and was excited to learn that there is such thing as Functional, Anti-Aging and Regenerative medicine, another aspect of preventive medicine.

“I’m also taking further fellowship to keep myself updated. Obviously we cannot run away from aging, we grow old by day but the most important thing is how you choose to grow old, how you live your life. “Grow Old Gracefully” is the key”
