Is Vitallife Alternative or Herbal Medicine ?

No Vitallife focuses on wellness and the pursuit of optimal health using only scientifically supported approaches. Vitallife does not promote alternative approaches to traditional mainstream medicine.

Will Vitallife be taking over from my regular doctor ?

Absolutely not. Vitallife's Functional Medicine approach is fully complimentary to the treatment by your regular doctor. We encourage you to continue your usual visits with your family doctor and Vitallife is also happy to communication with them as you direct.

What happens if you find a medical problem during my Vitallife assessment ?

We will refer you to your physician or recommend one if you prefer. Vitallife maintains an excellent relationship with the physicians of the well-respected Bumrungrad Hospital in Bangkok. All laboratory data and other information can be forwarded to your Bumrungrad Physician electronically with your approval.

At what age should I start a Vitallife program ?

It is never too early to start an assessment. Though most Vitallife clients are between their late twenties through advanced age, even young adults can benefit by getting an early start to a healthy lifestyle.

Is hormone replacement therapy safe ?

Yes. If you hormone treatment uses the right type and dose and is closely monitored by a qualified physician, then the benefits of hormone replacement by far outweight the risks.

How long before I see the results of my Lifestyle Prescription ?

This varies with each person. Most Vitallife clients begin to feel the effects of their new program within three to six months.

How many pills will I need to take every day ?

The number depends on the outcome of your assessment and on your personal profile. One advantage of Vitallife's custom compounded nutraceuticals is that this results in fewer pills and they are prepackaged just for you in sealed morning and evening packs.

Will my nutraceutical program be more expensive to buy through Vitallife ?

No. Since Vitallife uses imported raw materials and bulk purchasing, the costs generally are the same or lower than you can buy in individual bottles at the store. Of course , the difference is that your nutraceuticals are custom designed for you and you need only to buy what your body can use effectively.

Do I need supplements even if I eat well ?

Generally, yes. The modern human body has a deal with a lot more external stress, including work / home related, environmentally related (pollution, pesticides, acid rain, etc.) and nutrition related with higher fat foods, trans-fatty acids and processed foods. We simply cannot get what we need to stay healthy without some form of supplements.
